Deposit:
When renting a villa or apartment for a period of one month (31 nights), a deposit of 2500 euros will be required, which will be fully refunded within a maximum of 90 days, provided that no damage has been caused to the property during the stay. The amount of the deposit will be calculated according to the formula established by local legislation (calculated individually based on the booking dates).
Utility costs:
If the utility costs (electricity, water, garbage collection, and gas) exceed 250 euros per month, the guest will cover the difference at their own expense (this will be deducted from the deposit upon return).
