The second kitchen also has sea views and the laundry room equipment includes two washing machines and two tumble dryers.

The relaxation area has a spacious SPA area with a heated swimming pool. The pool is 12 metres long and 5.5 metres wide. The water depth varies from 0.8 to 3.0 metres along the entire length of the pool.
The layout of the spacious Finnish sauna and hammam allows you to combine relaxation with the enjoyment of the sea views. Spacious dining area integrated in the lounge area has a 75” Samsung screen. The SPA area is equipped with comfortable showers.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful and picturesque park with a fish pond and several leisure areas.
The park has numerous paths up to half a kilometre long, where you can stroll around the clock. When the evening lights come on, the manor house is transformed into a painting.
The park has an observation deck and a bioclimatic gazebo with ocean views and soft furnishings for all types of weather.
